Can they choose their own service?

Yes and no. Once they redeem the voucher, they'll work with us to lightly customize what's included based on where they are and what they need most. We want them to reach their full potential so there is a little leg room for adjustments but we won't be able to exchange the whole service to something completely different. How long is the voucher valid?

3 months from the date of purchase. They start when they're ready.

Are the vouchers refundable?

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash but they are fully transferable. We have standard 14 days return policy that is possible if the services weren't started yet.

Is this only for people starting from scratch?

No. It works for anyone who needs clarity — whether they're at idea stage, mid-rebrand, or just feeling stuck and need strategic direction.

What if they need more than what's in the tier?

We can always extend or adjust based on their needs. Think of the tiers as starting points, not limits.

How do I give this as a gift?

After purchase, you'll receive a beautifully designed digital certificate you can print or send via email. It'll include all the details and instructions for redeeming.
